Why Work With Behavior Bridge?

Speech Therapist
Child Psychologist

We know you have choices in where to work. Here’s what makes the Behavior Bridge experience special for our team:

01

Mission-Driven Work

Every day, you’ll be making a direct impact in a child’s life. There’s nothing quite like seeing a nonverbal child speak their first words, or helping a family experience a peaceful outing for the first time.

Our entire organization is driven by these meaningful moments – and as part of our team, you’ll share in every victory.

03

Professional Growth

We are committed to helping you grow your career. For RBTs aspiring to become BCBAs, we offer supervision hours and mentorship. We host workshops and training sessions to keep everyone up-to-date on the latest in ABA and autism research.

Have a special interest (e.g., feeding therapy, social skills groups)? We encourage staff-led initiatives and will provide resources for you to pursue your clinical passions. Moreover, as we expand, there will be opportunities to take on new responsibilities and advance within the company.

05

Competitive Compensation & Benefits

We greatly value our team and strive to show it. We offer competitive salaries/hourly rates that commensurate with experience and role. Full-time employees enjoy benefits such as health insurance coverage, paid time off, and holidays.

We also offer mileage reimbursement for travel to clients’ homes, and provide all the materials and support you need for sessions. As we grow, we continuously look for ways to enhance our benefits package, because taking care of our employees is a top priority.

02

Supportive Team Environment

Collaboration is at the core of our culture. As an employee, you’ll join a close-knit team of professionals who support and learn from each other.  New RBTs shadow experienced colleagues, and BCBAs have a peer network for case consultations.

We hold regular team meetings, case reviews, and even casual hangouts (virtual coffee hours or in-person get-togethers) because a team that bonds, works better together.

04

Flexible Work Options

We understand work-life balance is important. Many roles offer flexibility in scheduling. If you’re providing in-home therapy, we try to match you with clients close to your area to minimize drive time. With our telehealth services, there are opportunities for remote work as well.

We’ll work with you to create a schedule that meets the needs of our clients and fits your life. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

06

Positive, Inclusive Culture

At Behavior Bridge, we foster a workplace where everyone is respected and heard. We celebrate diversity and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. What matters to us is that you share our commitment to families and bring a positive attitude. Our leadership maintains an open-door policy – feedback and new ideas are encouraged from every level of the team.

We also love to celebrate successes (think Employee of the Month recognitions, shout-outs in our team newsletter, and fun events like team picnics or Zoom trivia nights). Burnout is real in the therapy world, so we actively promote self-care and provide an environment where you can thrive, not just survive.
