Behavior Bridge ABA Therapy LLC

1. Introduction

Behavior Bridge ABA Therapy LLC ("Behavior Bridge," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit behaviorbridgeaba.com (the "Website"), contact us, or participate in our text messaging (SMS) program.

This policy applies only to information collected through our Website and related online communications. It does not cover the protected health information ("PHI") we maintain as part of providing Applied Behavior Analysis ("ABA") therapy services. The handling of PHI is governed by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ("HIPAA") and is described in our separate Notice of Privacy Practices, available [here / upon request]. If anything in this Privacy Policy appears to conflict with our Notice of Privacy Practices regarding PHI, the Notice of Privacy Practices controls.

By using the Website or opting into our text messaging program, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us. We collect information you voluntarily provide, such as when you complete a contact form, request a consultation, apply for a position, or otherwise reach out to us. This may include:

  • Your name, email address, phone number, and ZIP code

  • Your preferred contact method and the general reason for your inquiry

  • Any details you choose to include in an optional message

  • For job applicants: your resume and the employment information you submit through our careers form

Please do not submit medical details, diagnoses, or treatment records through the Website's contact forms. Our website forms are intended only to help us reach you. If you become a client, your child's health information is collected and maintained separately through our secure, HIPAA-covered clinical systems — never through this Website.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Website, we may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referring website, through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5).

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and contact you about services

  • Schedule and follow up on consultations

  • Review and respond to employment applications

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Website

  • Send you text messages if you have opted in (see Section 6)

  • Comply with legal obligations

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers who support our operations (for example, website hosting, communications, and analytics providers), who are permitted to use the information only to perform services for us

  • Professional advisors such as attorneys and accountants, where appropriate

  • Authorities, where required by law or to protect our legal rights

No mobile opt-in or text message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We may use:

  • Essential cookies required for the Website to operate. Our Website is hosted on Wix, which sets essential cookies for site functionality, security, and performance.

  • Analytics cookies that help us measure traffic and improve content. We use Google Analytics 4 and Wix's built-in site analytics to understand how visitors find and use our Website — for example, which pages are viewed and how visitors arrived. We also use Google Search Console, which reports on how our Website appears in search results and does not place cookies on your device.

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect how the Website functions. You may also opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

We do not currently use advertising or social media tracking pixels on this Website. If we add any in the future, we will identify them here and provide opt-out information.

6. Text Messaging (SMS) Program

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, we may send you text messages related to your inquiry, appointments, scheduling, and service updates.

  • Consent is optional. Opting in to text messages is not a condition of receiving services.

  • Message types may include appointment reminders, scheduling coordination, and responses to your inquiries.

  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

  • Opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance.

  • No mobile opt-in or text message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates.

7. Children's Privacy

We work with families of children who may benefit from ABA therapy, and we take children's privacy seriously.

The Website is intended for use by adults (parents, caregivers, and professionals). We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the Website. Any information about a minor child that is provided to us is provided by a parent or legal guardian on the child's behalf.

If you believe a child has provided us information through the Website without parental consent, please contact us using the details in Section 12 and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Health information we collect about minors in the course of providing therapy is protected under HIPAA and governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices.

8. Data Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. These measures include access controls, multi-factor authentication for our internal systems, and encryption where appropriate. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information we hold, and the right to opt out of certain processing.

For Texas residents, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act may provide certain rights. Note that information governed by HIPAA is generally exempt from these state privacy laws and is instead handled under our Notice of Privacy Practices.

To exercise any available rights, contact us using the information in Section 12. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

10. Third-Party Links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. Material changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
