Insurance Verification & Funding — We verify your benefits with TRICARE, Aetna, Cigna and Evernorth, or Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas. For private-pay families, we provide a clear Good Faith Estimate up front.

Secure Intake — After we connect, we'll set you up with our secure intake, where you'll share your child's details, insurance information, and any records — all handled through our protected clinical system, never through the website.

Assessment — Your BCBA completes a thorough evaluation and builds a personalized treatment plan.

Authorization — For insurance families, we handle the authorization so you don't have to.

Begin ABA Therapy — For private-pay families, we can often begin within 1–2 weeks. For insurance families, we typically begin within about 30 days once authorization is in place. First sessions focus on building trust and routines, then we layer in teaching as your child grows more comfortable.
