Prepay and save — 10-hour and 20-hour blocks at roughly 8–10% off, with package holders rate-locked at their purchase price.
Superbills provided for out-of-network reimbursement and HSA/FSA use. In line with the federal No Surprises Act, every private-pay family receives a written Good Faith Estimate before services begin. Rates are reviewed each January with 30 days' notice; clients over 12 months are eligible for a rate lock.

A: Our rates are listed above — BCBA-direct therapy is $200/hour and RBT-delivered therapy is $95/hour, with prepay discounts available. Every family receives a written Good Faith Estimate before starting.
Q: How soon can we start?
A: Private-pay families can often begin within 1–2 weeks, since there's no insurance authorization to wait on.
Q: What is a superbill, and can I get reimbursed?
A: A superbill is an itemized receipt you can submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement. We provide one for every private-pay family; reimbursement depends on your specific plan.
Q: Can I use my HSA or FSA?
A: In most cases, yes. Our superbills are formatted for HSA/FSA reimbursement.
Q: What is a Good Faith Estimate?
A: Under the federal No Surprises Act, self-pay families are entitled to a clear, written estimate of expected costs before services begin — so there are no surprises.
